Practice helps service providers do more, faster. Our software is ambitious - we're focused on building a modern tool for underserved solopreneurs that integrates and automates payments, scheduling, forms, notes, real-time messaging, and more.

We want working on Practice to be a very high leverage way to do good in the world. Our team today is made up of about 15 experienced designers, developers, and business leaders, spread around the world, all working remotely.

About this role

We're looking for an experienced recruiter as we plan to double our company in size in the next 12 months. The Recruiting Lead will report to the CEO and work closely with the CTO and Chief of Staff to staff to source, interview, and hire great employees. They will develop and execute on a strategy to support our product and business teams in growing teams that have talent, personality, and culture.

You have

    • A system for sourcing and maintaining a broad network of talent across business and technical functions
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams
    • 4+ years of in-house technical recruiting, with experience managing a technical candidate pipeline
    • Experience developing interview processes and candidate engagement strategies
    • A point of view on how to create and execute a positive recruiting experience for our candidates throughout the process

In your first 6 months at Practice, you will

    • Develop and manage an end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing talent to negotiation and acceptance
    • Implement an Applicant Tracking System, including reporting to illustrate the recruiting pipeline
    • Build a consistent pipeline of both technical and marketing talent
    • Work with the executive team to hone interview practices and have a consistent applicant grading system

    • We work remotely. You can be located anywhere, but some important work conversations will happen during ET (America/New_York) working hours.
