Job Title: Senior Product Manager, That Clean Life
Location: Candidate must be located in Canada or the USA. Our office is located in Toronto, ON, Canada, but the role is remote/hybrid/flexible.
Reports to: VP of Engineering, Product and Design

Position Overview:
As the Senior Product Manager for That Clean Life, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and enhancement of our nutritional planning platform, focusing on creating innovative features that empower health professionals and individuals to achieve their wellness goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements, define requirements, and guide the implementation process, all while ensuring a seamless and enriching user experience. Your role will be crucial in keeping pace with industry trends and understanding customer needs, turning them into strategic product initiatives that promote growth and user satisfaction.





We’re counting on you to:

    • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our wellness and nutrition platform.
    • Manage the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to deployment and ongoing enhancement, ensuring high standards of quality and relevance.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver a top-tier product offering.
    • Deeply understand the needs of health professionals and their clients to craft features that truly make a difference in their health journeys.
    • Maintain proactive and clear communication with all stakeholders.
    • Continuously evaluate the performance of existing features, gathering user insights to guide future product enhancements.

Requirements:

    • You’re an experienced product manager: You bring at least 5+ years in product management, with a strong track record in leading successful product initiatives, preferably in health, wellness, or related fields.
    • You have high customer empathy: You are dedicated to exploring and understanding user needs and translating these into impactful product features.
    • Project management is one of your superpowers: You have exceptional project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
    • You’re data-obsessed: You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data-driven decision-making to prioritize product features and enhancements.
    • You’re a skilled communicator: You come equipped with effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
    • You’re comfortable wearing many hats: We’re growing rapidly, and that means we often have to pitch in to help with other areas of the product. You embrace that opportunity.

You will:

    • Own defining and leading the execution of the That Clean Life roadmap, in collaboration with our Partnerships team.
    • Teach others how to best work with you, and help others understand the benefits of offering a robust integration ecosystem for our customers.
    • Learn our product and target customers, so you can anticipate and deliver the highest impact features for our customers.
    • Improve through direct feedback and team rituals, and are the type of person who checks in proactively with teammates and peers.

Within:

    • 1 month you will: Quickly ramp up on our products, our customers, and our current product offerings.
    • 3 months you will: Lead the execution of our planned That Clean Life improvements, and in collaboration with our cross-functional team, begin scoping out the next phase of our ecosystem strategy.
    • 6 months you will: Own the long-term product vision, strategy, and execution of That Clean Life.
