Praxis has the potential to become one of the most exciting stories in the world. The Head of Content will help define our brand and tell our story; as well as help prospective Members find in Praxis an exciting story for their own futures. This person will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and lead a team in charge of increasing our brand awareness in target markets and segments, with the ultimate goal of driving top of funnel demand for our community. The ideal candidate can effectively refine our messaging and story across various mediums: essays, events, podcasts, images, artifacts, and film. The ideal candidate also has quantitative skills and is capable of making metrics-driven decisions.

Initial Responsibilities

    • Create and refine the Praxis narrative in collaboration with the leadership team 
    • Develop and execute highly creative engaging marketing strategies
    • Collaborate with the CMO and Communications team to ensure our story is being represented accurately in the media
    • Manage and collaborate with content creators across many mediums, including, visual, written, and audio
    • Manage performance analytics to track the efficacy of marketing campaigns across channels 
    • Manage a team including content creators and social media managers, and collaborating with our community and events teams
