We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance & Admin Assistant to join our fast-growing international team at Prefixbox, part-time (at least 20 hours/week).
You will work be part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO and get a deeper understanding of the operations of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance team in various tasks
- Do administrative tasks in connection to orders
- Prepare contracts for the Finance team
- Manage electronic signatures (using DocuSign)
- Help out with billing customers, manage invoices
- Keep the documents organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bsc, Msc studies (in progress) in finance, business or law
- Good communication skills (both in Hungarian and English)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) software suite
- Friendly, open-minded with a can-do attitude
- Fast learning and adapting
