We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance & Admin Assistant to join our fast-growing international team at Prefixbox, part-time (at least 20 hours/week).

You will work be part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO and get a deeper understanding of the operations of the department. 

Job Responsibilities:

    • Support the Finance team in various tasks
    • Do administrative tasks in connection to orders
    • Prepare contracts for the Finance team
    • Manage electronic signatures (using DocuSign)
    • Help out with billing customers, manage invoices
    • Keep the documents organized

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bsc, Msc studies (in progress) in finance, business or law
    • Good communication skills (both in Hungarian and English)
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) software suite
    • Friendly, open-minded with a can-do attitude
    • Fast learning and adapting


    • Previous experience with administrative or finance tasks
    • Flexible schedule, being able to take on more hours if it is needed 
    • German language skills
