We are looking for a new colleague to join us at Prefixbox as HR Specialist and support our company with recruitment, and a widespread set of HR-related tasks.
This is a great way for you to get a comprehensive understanding of how HR and recruitment processes run in a startup.

What you will need to do in the role:
- Identify qualified candidate profiles and interact with them on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Handle the first contact with potential candidates, conduct the intro calls, exchange information with other decision makers in the hiring process, and schedule interviews for them.
- Sort through applicants and maintain a candidate database (our Applicant Tracking System).
- Participate in new colleagues’ entry process.
- Prepare job descriptions and post job ads online.
- Participate in other HR-related tasks like travel management, organization of team-building events, office management, work permit requests.
We’re looking for each other, if:
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and Hungarian.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
- You are a great communicator and like to do your tasks in an organized and structured manner.
- You like continuous learning and are interested in tech (software area).
- You have a friendly and open-minded attitude
