If you have software developer experience and you like to interact with customers, then this role is for you!
We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales to join our Customer Success team.

The team is responsible for the satisfaction of the clients from the integration period.

Currently, the Customer Success team consists of 12 employees, and we are looking for our first technical Pre-sales colleague to join our growing team.

Some of our Hungarian customers are: Praktiker, Rossmann, Extreme Digital, Bauhaus, MediaMarkt

What you will need to do in the role:

    • Attend enterprise customer demos as the technical authority
    • Work closely with sales to build enterprise customer relationships
    • Coordinate the integration of our search modules (work with customer and Prefixbox Integration Team)
    • Regularly educate customers on product features
    • Influence product development based on customer feedback

What skills and experience are essential for the position?

    • Web development background is a must
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Patient and a friendly attitude with customers
    • Organized, structured, and independent worker
    • Advanced English communication skills (customer and inhouse communication is in English)
