We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing person who enjoys working in a team to join our Marketing department as Marketing Project Manager. Reporting directly to our CMO, you’ll be responsible for organizing and managing our marketing-related projects to help the team to make the biggest impact possible.

What you will do in the role:

    • Create project timelines and manage ongoing projects (events, sales presentations, conferences, internal review processes, website, freelance relationships, etc.) to keep things running smoothly 
    • Coordinate content creation with team members responsible for different areas of content (copy, graphic design, video, PPC, etc.) 
    • Cross-team collaboration with sales to ensure mailing lists are up to date for newsletters and webinar invitations 
    • Assist in planning product launch campaigns  
    • Create and manage a content calendar for different types of content including emails, blog posts, and e-books

You'll succeed if:

    • You have excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking – some of your teammates (including your direct manager) only speak English, not Hungarian 
    • You have strong project management and good organizational skills 
    • You enjoy collaborating with others and are a fast learner  
    • You have 2-3 years of experience in project management
