About Prelim
Prelim is a fast-growing, San Francisco based startup with team members working remotely throughout the country that's transforming how banks onboard customers. We streamline account opening to improve efficiency and the customer experience.

If you're excited to shape the future of banking, we encourage you to apply. We seek driven, ambitious people excited to make an impact through innovation.

Why we're looking for you
With enormous growth and sales consistently beating quotas, we need our first Implementation Associate to help complete product installations for all of our new customers. Our software engineers and product designers have been leading these efforts, but we require dedicated specialists focused on deploying products/services using our internal tools.

Our internal tools will allow both technical and non-technical candidates to deploy our product so you don't need to be a software engineer to be successful in this role but we are looking for individuals who are fast learners and want to impress customers by going the extra mile with all of our deployments.

What you'll do
No two days will be the same. You'll work on project teams, directly engage with financial institutions to understand needs, answer questions, and ensure successful rollouts. As an early member, you'll also help build processes to make our implementation team even more successful.

Who you'll work with
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Project Managers and Engineers across departments with teammates who are customer-focused and love collaborating to shape the future of banking. If you share our passion for innovation through technology, we can't wait to hear from you!

In this role you'll

    • Deploy bank deposit account products and services to our customers on-time and within budget
    • Master how to use our internal tools to be able to deploy out-of-the-box as well as tailored solutions
    • Collaborate with customers, understand their problems, and design applications using our internal tools to address their needs
    • Participate in weekly calls with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and ask questions to ensure project success

The skillset you bring

    • Experience working in the implementation phase with large Enterprise or institutional customers
    • MS Word, Adobe, Excel, and DocuSign experience in a professional environment, ideally a startup
    • Strong knowledge of how financial products and services work will help but not necessary
    • Previous experience talking with customers and solving their problems
    • Ability to think on your feet, and solve problems during calls with customers
