We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at the federal level. As the Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing all aspects of the client relationship. Your role will be critical in maintaining positive client experiences and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the migration project.

Responsibilities:

    • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively engaging with our client’s Product Owner(s) and Project Manager on matters related to overall account management, including contract matters, significant changes in scope, and any other client concerns.
    • Serve as an escalation point of contact for the resolution of issues that arise above the level of the Subcontractor project manager and require higher-level consideration.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and effectively communicating with them throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to enhance client value and satisfaction.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in an account management or client-facing role, preferably in a technical or project-based environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to client issues.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in contract management and negotiation is desirable.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
