This calling is for an Account Manager who will:
Take on the responsibility of retaining and servicing designated commercial groups.
Offer strategic oversight for accounts, conducting annual renewal negotiations and contract reviews.
Collaborate with producers and groups to identify opportunities for expanding Healthcare Service Provider services and relationships.
Join an Account Management Team overseeing roughly $500 million of insured premium revenue, with each Account Manager contributing an average annual revenue of over $75 million.
Maintain a balance between member and group retention while meeting appropriate loss ratio and financial performance targets.
Engage with assigned groups, including large employers, national accounts, associations, and trusts.
Be able to perform in a hybrid role, that will service clients throughout the Southwest Oregon Region.

Qualifications necessary for this role encompass:
A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the insurance industry or related sales and/or service, with a focus on direct, in-person client interaction.
Proficiency and ease with public speaking and/or group presentations.
Additionally, driving may be required for this position. Caregivers must adhere to all state driving laws and regulations. Proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance may be requested.

Desirable qualifications for this role include:
Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry or related sales and/or service, prioritizing direct, face-to-face client engagement.
Robust background with carriers, possessing a comprehensive grasp of Health Plan operations and customer service challenges, adeptly adjusted to evolving market dynamics.
Possession of a Residential State Insurance License in Oregon.

Skills and Certifications:
Over 3 years of experience in insurance-related sales or service.
More than 3 years of experience supporting direct, in-person client interactions.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in public speaking and group presentations.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Verification of auto insurance coverage.
Residential State Insurance License (Oregon).
Security Clearance is not required.
