As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for protecting and growing our relationships with our top accounts. You will work collaboratively with internal project teams to exceed client expectations, creating memorable experiences for our clients.

What you'll do:

    • Onboard new clients, setting them up for success
    • Own and execute client engagement strategy for top tier accounts
    • Nurture and track all referrals from assigned accounts
    • Identify strategic opportunities for new business, expanding our service offering with customers
    • Oversee estimation process and development of contracts for new deals
    • Lead project retrospectives 
    • Monitor and track client satisfaction across all accounts, providing actionable and candid feedback from customers
    • Assist with the development of case studies and thought leadership pieces relevant to your accounts
    • Research emerging technologies and trends to present new ideas to project teams
    • Act as an escalation point and help mitigate account risk
    • Establish strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business, their needs, and how TAG can best support them
    • Support in operationalizing and growing our account management department
    • Mentor junior members of the account team
