We are seeking a skilled Development Lead to join our team at the federal level. As the Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team in the migration project of our federal client’s custom upstream profile to Drupal 10. Your expertise in Drupal development and project management will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Validate that the requirements provided can be implemented effectively in Drupal, providing suggestions for improving or streamlining designs where necessary.
- Lead the development team in building the desired product within the boundaries of project guidelines and constraints.
- Deploy new functionality, features, and modules to the development, test, and live environments.
- Oversee the migration of content into the new site, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Maintain the GitHub code repository, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the project's current state.
- Provide support to our client’s team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Drupal development, with a strong understanding of Drupal 9 and Drupal 10.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a development team effectively.
- Experience with deployment processes and version control systems, such as Git and GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and team members.
