As a Compliance and Middle Office Manager at Presto Labs
We are seeking a motivated Middle Office Manager with expertise in financial product development and compliance to join our team. You will excel in innovating and managing a portfolio of B2B flow business products, including execution, liquidity providing, and structured products. With strong project management abilities, you'll oversee multiple projects, develop financial products alongside business developers and flow traders, and manage the lifecycle of our product range. In this role, you will also manage the client onboarding / KYC, suitability risk and internal compliance process set up / monitoring to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage efficient client onboarding / KYC process and internal compliance rules
    • Solicit new business opportunities and enhance product base by providing value-added solutions
    • Lead to develop further existing flow products and generate new product ideas
    • Collaborate closely with trading teams, software engineers, and senior management to understand requirements and implement efficient and scalable solutions
    • Overseeing cross-functional project coordination within the company
    • Understanding and communicating the competitive position of products

Requirements

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial institutions
    • Compliance experience in financial product development, or client onboarding / KYC experience
    • Exceptional project management capabilities with experience handling multiple, complex projects
    • Proven experience in digital financial product development and client servicing tools
    • Strong proficiency in English

Preferred

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
    • Good analytical, quantitative, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in traditional financial products, including funds, structured products, and OTCs
