As a Client Service Operations at Flipster
We are seeking a Client Service Operations to join the Flipster operations team. The ideal candidate must possess a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, basic knowledge of financial products and exchange services. In this role, you will focus on managing global communities and be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange-related inquiries, promotion and event inquiries, and managing escalation and follow-up of user inquiries.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for marketing, planning and operating community events as well as client support across multiple channels
    • Promotes and plans community management for our product
    • Handles user inquiries, including account registration and account management, KYC related inquiries, promotion, and event related inquiries, Wallet and Asset related inquiries 
    • Manages escalation and follow up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

    • Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English to liaise with Korean-speaking stakeholders
    • Prior experience working as client service operations, community management or marketing event planning
    • Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to use different tools and softwares such as MS Office, company internal softwares etc.

Preferred

    • Prior experience or keen interest working in a cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain technologies
    • Experience as a community manager to promote product to users and support experience
    • Data analysis experience
    • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Sumsub
    • Experience working at a high-growth startup/tech company
