This position is fully remote and reports to the senior operations manager.

Responsibilities

    • Our Customer Success Coordinator assists Operations in coordinating across multiple internal departments, handling client inquiries and needs.
    •  Understanding and assisting operations in daily workflow of inbound communications, including scheduling depos and client inquiries.
    • Answers email and phone inquiries
    • Coordinates billing inquiries with accounting
    • Coordinates with Sales/Marketing on creating client-facing best practices docs for our users

Required Qualifications

    • 1-3 years experience working in Court Reporting operations
    • RB9 (Reporter Base) experience
    • Google Suite + Slack experience

$20 - $25 an hour
