POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Operations Partner will serve as the Chairman's right hand, providing exceptional executive support while anticipating and staying ahead of priorities across multiple businesses and initiatives. This person will be hyper-proactive, highly organized, and skilled at managing complex calendars, communications, and projects—constantly cutting through the weeds to emphasize what truly matters. A core part of the role is designing and managing the Chairman’s personal operating system, leveraging AI and technology as a thought partner to drive prioritization, workflow efficiency, and strategic layering.
The ideal candidate combines administrative mastery with executive judgment, bridging gaps, building trust with stakeholders, and confidently acting as a proxy when needed. This is a long-term role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-dimensional environments, embraces innovation, and is committed to enabling the Chairman to focus on high-impact work while building the foundations of a growing enterprise.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Operations Partner’s responsibilities will encompass four primary areas:
Executive Support & Partnership
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel logistics to maximize time for high-priority work.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, talking points, and follow-up documentation for key meetings and external engagements.
- Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain processes and documentation that keep the executive office operating smoothly.
- Lead or support ad hoc initiatives that don’t fall neatly into existing structures but are essential to advancing Chairman priorities.
Operational Oversight & Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring initiatives progress smoothly and key deadlines are met.
- Coordinate across teams/companies to ensure alignment, clarity, and accountability on projects and initiatives.
- Track organizational priorities and commitments, providing timely updates and status reports.
- Partner with other executive office staff to clarify roles, responsibilities, and workflow efficiencies.
- Conduct targeted research and connect the right people and resources for strategic initiatives.
Process Improvement & Systems Management
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize operations, and improve organizational efficiency.
- Leverage technology, AI, and project management tools to strengthen decision-making and team productivity.
- Build and maintain the systems that enable the Chairman and team to focus on strategic, high-leverage work.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the organization operates at a high-performance level.
- Pilot new approaches, tools, or practices that enhance impact and efficiency.
Fund, Portfolio & Stakeholder Operations
- Support fund administration, compliance, and reporting, liaising with legal, finance, and back-office providers.
- Act as primary point of contact between the Chairman and portfolio company leaders, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and value-add initiatives.
- Coordinate communications and updates with portfolio companies, operating business Chairman's, and Family Fund partners.
- Facilitate investor and LP communications, including scheduling, materials preparation, and timely follow-up.

- 10+ years serving as a trusted right hand to senior executives, combining administrative excellence, operational strength, and strategic partnership.
- Proven ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments—building systems, managing priorities, and enabling executives to focus on high-leverage work.
- Highly organized and calm under pressure, capable of executing tactically while maintaining focus on priorities.
- Skilled at balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Exceptional communicator, able to build trust with senior stakeholders and make decisions or act as a proxy for the Chairman when needed.
- Comfortable leveraging technology and AI tools to drive efficiency, support decision-making, and optimize workflows; familiar with software and project management platforms.
- Experience in venture capital, accelerators, operating businesses, or similar environments is a plus, including exposure to capital deployment, diligence, and portfolio company management.
- Adaptable and effective in fast-paced settings with high expectations and evolving priorities.
Salary
Base salary of $120,000–$130,000, plus bonus potential, and benefits.
