POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Sr. Specialist, RFID & Retail Inventory to elevate inventory accuracy and systems performance across Princess Polly’s growing store fleet. This role will own all things RFID in stores, from initial setup and SOP creation to cycle count performance and issue resolution, while supporting scalable inventory processes that enable exceptional customer and team experiences.

Reporting into the Sr. Manager of Store Operations, you’ll serve as the primary retail contact for RFID and inventory technologies, partnering closely with Retail, DC Ops, Supply Chain, IT, Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless merchandise movement from DC to store floor and optimal system sync between ERP, POS and RFID platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Serve as the go to expert for RFID inventory systems, SOPs and processes across all Princess Polly stores-Assist in the development and innovation of the RFID platform and serve as the liaison between Princess Polly and our RFID partners.
-Drive efficiencies and continuous process improvement within the stockroom and inventory movement (shipment, transfers).
-Partner with stores leadership to ensure accurate RFID tagging, cycle counting, transferring, and inventory reporting
-Configure and maintain RFID and inventory system settings - ensure sync with POS and ERP systems (e.g., Shopify, NetSuite)
-Monitor inventory health metrics including shrink, negative on-hands, OOS and cycle count compliance; flag and troubleshoot discrepancies-Lead RFID onboarding and technical setup for all new store openings, ensuring pre-launch accuracy
-Track and escalate RFID and system related issues; work with vendors and internal teams to resolve-Document and refine SOPs for RFID workflows, inventory counts and troubleshooting
-Conduct functional testing (UAT) for retail inventory system enhancements and integrations
-Own ongoing project tracking for RFID and retail inventory initiatives
-Proactively identify trends, blockers or recurring issues and recommend scalable solutions
-Actively support inventory related questions, escalations and continuous improvement efforts across stores

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
-3+ years experience in retail inventory systems, store operations or retail technology
-Hands on experience with RFID platforms, inventory tracking and cycle count management
-Working knowledge of ERP and POS integrations; NetSuite and Shopify experience strongly preferred
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
-Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
-Experience supporting new store openings or retail tech rollouts
-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced retail environment
-Travel flexibility for new store support and inventory projects as needed (up to 25–45%)

Salary Banding: $90k - $105k
$90,000 - $105,000 a year
