POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Retail Operations will be accountable for building the Princess Polly Retail Operations team from the ground up!

They will be responsible for planning, developing, launching, and sustaining Retail programs, standard operating procedures and initiatives that deliver long-term, positive impact to our business, customers and teams. 

Reporting into the Senior Vice President of Retail, they will provide partnership to the Regional Manager team & various other cross-functional teams at Princess Polly to further simplify, create efficiencies and facilitate future growth and scale within our rapidly growing retail store network. 

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR SR. MANAGER, RETAIL OPERATIONS:

-Full responsibility of oversight, planning, measurement and continuous improvement of all processes, tools and infrastructure within our stores and will ensure we are proactively planning for future growth 
-Act as a conduit between support departments and Retail Stores by partnering closely with cross-functional leadership across the business, acting as a resource and consultant to develop and launch initiatives in-store and improve and standardize best practices that impact the retail stores
-Collaboration with the field leadership and corporate teams to ensure all launched initiatives are successfully transitioned into the day-to-day store operations
-Drive initiatives that support our business strategy and represent the Retail department in cross-functional, larger scale projects
-​​Identify opportunities and implement SOPs and Best Practices to improve performance, drive efficacy and increase profitability.
-Oversee operational focuses improve compliance, execution and awareness of company policies, procures, processes and best practices.
-Continuously seek new opportunities and share new ideas that can help the business grow and support its business goals. Share possible recommendations for implementation and impacts to the cross functional stakeholder group 
-Develop and implement project plans, resourcing streams, roadmaps, and milestones to support the implementation of Retail initiatives. 
-Represent Retail in cross-functional projects to ensure that the needs of stores are considered and included in execution of any operational change as a result of strategic business initiatives or key retail initiatives

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-5+ years of operations leadership experience within retail or hospitality
-Experience coaching teams & multi-unit management
-Experience leading or working within an omnichannel retailer that has scaled
-Strong business acumen and excellent understanding of retail standards and operational best practices

SALARY BANDING: 125-175k
75% travel
