POSITION SUMMARY
Our Retail Stock Associate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, stockroom organization, and replenishing products sold on the sales floor in our new retail store. They will process inbound and outbound shipments, unpack and prepare merchandise, and verify the contents against purchase orders. The Stock Associate is responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, tracking product movements, and identifying discrepancies. They are responsible for organizing stock in the stockroom, ensuring that all products are easily accessible and that products are stored in a safe and secure manner. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment in the stockroom, following all safety guidelines and procedures.

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-High school diploma required
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.

SALARY BANDING
$16-21/hour
