POSITION SUMMARY
Our Assistant Store Manager is a highly motivated leader who is passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences. They have the ability to meet individual sales and metric goals, drive sales growth, coaches and develops associates to achieve sales goals. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business in conjunction with the Store Manager. They will demonstrate the ability to lead naturally and set a precedent for the team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Recruiting, training, supervising, appraising and inspiring staff
-Managing staff schedules
-Analyze store reporting
-Effectively managing customer queries and complaints
-Overseeing inventory management processes
-Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets 
-Motivating staff to achieve sales goals
-Executing visual merchandising directives
-Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-1+ year(s) of retail management experience
-Experience in training and managing a team
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Decision-making and problem-solving skills
-Able to work a flexible schedule
-Attention to detail
-Great sense of style
