Traffic Producer (Digital Trafficking)

We’re looking for a DC based Traffic Producer to join the team at Priorities USA. This person will report to the Senior Project Manager and will serve as a critical point of contact throughout the creative approvals and delivery process across multiple campaigns to defeat Donald Trump in 2020

As part of our mission, we’re launching one of the largest persuasion and mobilization campaigns in politics – a year-round effort to talk to key groups of voters regardless of where we are in the election cycle.

As a Traffic Producer, you will sit on the Creative Production Team, but work closely with every team within paid media, the organization at large as and partners, too. You’ll be sourcing and confirming that all deliverable specs and assets are correct while tracking and updating the team on any changes across multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

    • Point person to Senior Project Manager based in NYC
    • Liaise between NYC Senior Project Manager and DC Media Buying Team 
    • Provide updates to Media Team, Analytics team, and key stakeholders in DC
    • Naming delivery files for trafficking
    • QC before radio, broadcast, and online video spots go out
    • Ensure all specs, variations, instructions, and messaging are correct
    • Work with Media Buying Team to deliver video assets 
    • Liaise between internal creative, media, and outside agencies/media partners
    • Follow the production of assets, track, log, instruct, and update all specs in templates
    • Inform Creative and Production Team of delivery specs and delivery spec changes 
    • Instruct media partners on spec/messaging variations
    • Provide status updates to PMT and Analytics Team of updates on production schedules
    • Update NYC Creative/Production Team about any changes or expectations from PMT and Analytics team

Skills and Experience

    • At least three years of experience as a production assistant or coordinator in a digital media / production / post production environment
    • Experience working in digital or digital ads 
    • Excellent written and problem-solving skills
    • Extremely organized and able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to prioritize with direction from department head and producers
    • Ability to communicate effectively with team members across various departments and external production partners
    • Comfortable asking questions
    • Takes initiative to anticipate team needs
    • Basic understanding of video frame rates, formats, aspect ratios
    • Basic understanding of pre production, production, and post production workflows
    • Experience working in G-Suite, Excel, and project management software
