We're seeking a Content Strategy Manager with a strong understanding of AI-driven content creation, SEO, and a passion for the web development space. You'll play a crucial role in creating, executing, and managing a comprehensive content strategy that not only drives user acquisition but also positions us as trusted experts and growth partners for our target audience of tech leads and senior web developers.

- Develop and implement a blog and video content strategy navigating Prismic's goals, product value, and audience needs.

- Leverage AI tools for content creation, SEO optimization, and data analysis.

- Conduct audience research, analyze high-ranking content, and devise strategies to outrank competitors.

- Manage and mentor a team of 3 people, encouraging exploration of new technologies and tools.

- Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using data-driven insights.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements.

- Proven experience in content strategy in B2B SaaS.

- Experience in managing Content/Marketing team members.

- Understanding of AI algorithms and applications in content strategy and SEO.

- Proficiency in AI tools, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Excellent writing and storytelling skills for a technical audience.

- Solid understanding of SEO principles and ability to align content with business objectives.

- Strong research skills and ability to create content targeting a technical audience of tech leads and senior web developers.
