PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology. With an initial focus on BPH, the company’s AquaBeam® Robotic System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be required as assigned)
·       Lead and supervise the Sales Contracts team in working with internal and external customers including distributors to fulfill sales agreements, service agreements, renewals, and IT assessments.
·       Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, capabilities, and professional growth.
·       Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners and internal stakeholders to understand their evolving needs, preferences, and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and drive satisfaction.
·       Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align Sales Contracts with organizational goals and objectives, adapting to shifting priorities. Participate in strategic planning to ensure seamless integration of contract management processes with broader business strategies.
·       Drive projects to optimize the Sales Contracts department by streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology for automation, compliance, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
·       Establish rigorous performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and continuously improve Sales Contracts productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure efficient fulfillment of contract requirements while aligning with company policies, legal standards, and customer specifications.
·       Identify and mitigate potential risks in customer contracts through collaboration with Customer Service, Finance, Legal and Risk Management teams.
·       Provide guidance and collaborate with internal commercial teams on launching new programs, products, and pricing initiatives across customer contracts to optimize purchase strategies.
·       Effectively allocate resources and manage workload distribution among the Sales Contracts team to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. Support Contract Analyst preparation of customer documentation as needed.
·       Serve as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
·       Maintain trained status for, and complies with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
·       Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Policy
·       Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics EHS Policy

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications)

·       Min. 8 years of combined experience in Customer Contracts
·       Min. 5 years of experience supervising or managing a team
·       BA/BS in a related degree or equivalent years of experience
·       Experience in life sciences or medical device industry required
·       Experience working in a regulated (FDA) environment required
·       Previous startup experience a plus, must have enthusiasm and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·       Understanding of sales and service processes and expertise with CRM and ERP systems, ideally Salesforce and QAD
·       Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms, ideally Ironclad CLM
·       Capability to initiate and execute cross-functional projects with shifting priorities and minimal guidance
·       Ability to balance tactical day-to-day work with strategic thinking
·       Exceptional level of drive and dedication to deliver resolutions for the best customer experience
·       Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusted working relationships with internal functions
·       Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner with people globally, including hospital administration and sales team members, often in stressful situations
·       Some travel required (approx. 10%)
