The Opportunity That Awaits You:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Employee Experience & Content Designer to transform how our employees engage with People content and programs. This role blends design, technology, and event production to create visually engaging and intuitive employee experiences. With guidance from the team, you’ll own the design of SharePoint and future intranet, craft bite-sized, high-impact content that avoids email fatigue, and produce a great experience of leadership and onboarding programs.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
- Design and develop web forums to house Talent Materials: Create an intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and user-friendly Manager Corner/Handbook within the broader intranet experience.
- Innovate content delivery: Explore new technologies to share content through PowerPoint, email drip campaigns, or other engaging formats. Understand email fatigue and develop visually and emotionally engaging bite-sized content.
- Produce and coordinate high-quality programs: Serve as a producer for Leadership Development, Onboarding, and other programs. Coordinate vendors, handle logistics, and ensure event execution from facilities setup to material prep.
- An interest to grow in the People/HR Space
- This will be used to assess if the intern has the knowledge, skills, abilities and attitude for conversion to full-time hire.
- Take existing content from PowerPoint decks and other material, modularize it for maximum usability UX experience for managers.
- Where needed, make it aesthetically pleasing and the ability to be sued as stand alone content
- Assemble them in SharePoint with high usability and other UX principles
- Take existing content from leadership programs and Performance or new content being generated and design it in a way it is highly consumable in emails
- Should know different AI technologies(Eg. Have real like AI generated videos exchanging the concept in a dialogue format, sketch characters etc) or be willing to explore with a voracious appetite to reach managers and employees via email
- With the help of the team measure engagement of the content and refine
- Learn and produce EMBARK or SPARK coordinating with facilities, IT and other partners
- Guidance will be provided, but intern should show eagerness to learn as well as own it

Create a Manager corner on SharePoint
Create byte size content for Emails
Be a producer for one of the programs
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
- BS degree in a UX design or similar disciplines
- Content Design & UX Thinking – Ability to craft highly intuitive digital experiences with a strong focus on aesthetics and functionality
- Ability to turn complex information into engaging, digestible content (PowerPoint, email campaigns, multimedia) and be a continuous learner in this space.
- Technology & Platform Expertise – Experience or willingness to learn with SharePoint, intranet platforms, and digital content tools.
- Event Production & Logistics – Skilled or willing to learn managing program logistics, working with vendors, coordinating room design, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Project Management & Coordination – Ability to juggle multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and meet deadlines.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement – A natural curiosity for emerging content and engagement technologies to enhance employee experience.
