The Opportunity That Awaits You:
We are looking for a team leader who has medical device distribution experience that can coordinate the flow of materials from Receiving through to Shipping to customers by ensuring timely and efficient movement of product within the facility as we continue to grow. A logistics Supervisor plays an essential role to get product to our customers in a timely and safe manner. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of a company’s supply chain, from preparation to transportation delivery.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
- Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for Shipments and Finish goods areas
- Arrange Shipments domestic and international following all Export controls.
- Assure compliance to all company policies, standard operating procedures and recognized domestic/international shipping standards.
- Support the Commercial team with Shipping and Logistics support for monthly and quarter end.
- Oversee the Finished Goods Shipping and Logistics of company products to customers.
- Oversee outbound shipments: retrieving and palletizing goods
- Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of product within the facility
- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization
- Receive and label materials according to the SOP
- Coordinate Return product with Quality and Service departments
- Coordinate the transfer of product to 3PLs or outside warehouse facility
- Fulfill and transact Material Transfers to requestors
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all ERP transactions
- Manage supplies, and accessories to ensure the successful completion of sales transactions.
- Control of physical inventory locations, ensuring the safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehou
- Ensure timely completion of cycle counts and assist in resolution of discrepancies
- Must be available to work flexible hours and various shifts depending on the current operational needs
- Continuously refines and improves product transport & storage processes.
- Prepare for and resolve any issues regarding inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with shipping and freight forwarders for timely and accurate shipment releases, pick-ups, and deliveries.
- Maintains stock of shipping supplies, return kits and service parts
- Maintain the finish goods warehouse in an orderly, safe and clean state
- Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
- Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Minimum of 10 years warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment or within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry or any other regulated industry.
- Experienced on International shipping regulations
- Minimum 3 years personnel supervision experience

- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and across all functions.
- Able to use a pallet jack and shipping equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required, specifically Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to be a proactive and collaborative leader in a dynamic shipping environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
$105,000 - $124,000 a year
Compensation also includes a 15% annual bonus and RSUs at offer!

For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $105,000-124,000 per year.
Plus, eligibility for a 15% annual bonus and equity/RSUs

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
