With Prodigy, kids practice standards-aligned skills in Math and English as they play our fun, adaptive learning games. All with teacher and parent tools to support their learning in class and at home.

We are seeking a seasoned TA partner with extensive experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles within the gaming sector, particularly within Free-to-Play (F2P) models. 

This is a 6 month contract to start with the opportunity to extend or transition to permanent.

    • Source top talent globally by leveraging diverse gaming communities, technical networks, and social media platforms.
    • Use your data-driven insights to guide equitable and informed hiring decisions, shaping the future of our projects.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment across both tech and non-tech roles, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.
    • Drive innovative recruitment strategies while maintaining a strong focus on cultural and team alignment.
    • Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing recruitment processes and workflows, contributing to a streamlined and effective hiring process.

About You

    • You bring 5+ years of experience in gaming industry recruitment, with a particular focus on Free-to-Play (F2P) models.
    • You are skilled in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with the ability to advise senior leaders throughout the hiring process.
    • As a problem solver, you effectively use all available resources to create and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
    • You thrive in an environment where ambiguity and change are constant, you will adapt quickly and find innovative solutions to evolving challenges.
