Promenade (formerly BloomNation) is leading the charge to empower local businesses. We’re a profitable startup backed by top Silicon Valley investors, and we’re growing quickly. We’re looking for a seasoned leader who can invest deep passion and customer empathy to help grow local flower shops nationwide.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to drive the growth of a new product. You will work with leadership to strategically prioritize and continuously improve the product. This role will have the opportunity to spearhead many initiatives including branding, marketing, and technical innovation all with a tight focus on our partner’s business growth.
This is a full-time remote role.
What you’ll do..
- Contribute to building and delivering the vision, strategy and tactics for driving the growth of local flower shops nationwide
- In close partnership with your dedicated designer and engineering lead, you’ll identify and execute on the biggest opportunities to solve customer needs and drive business impact
- Understand and influence the roadmaps of other product teams and our broader product strategy
What you bring..
- 6+ years in product management with a proven track record in driving outcomes on both consumer-facing and business-facing products (especially in e-commerce!)
- You care deeply about and are motivated by our mission to empower the growth of local businesses
- You think about problems from the customers’ perspective, and have experience with relevant user science techniques, including running usability studies and qualitative user research
- You use your digital fluency to guide the prioritization of work across teams and functions, bringing contributors in product, design, engineering, marketing, customer success, implementation and more together around common goals and hypotheses
- You natively use data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and are capable of discovering and using new metrics in order to learn and make decisions
- You are constantly optimizing for your team’s learning through high-cadence experimentation, testing and validation of hypotheses
- Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you communicate to clearly and concisely across a variety of audiences
