We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function and help shape the culture of our organization. This key member of the executive leadership team is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support our mission, values, growth, and business goals. This role encompasses all aspects of HR, including employee engagement, training and development, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on start up leadership experience to drive a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.

What you will do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to foster leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning to meet future business needs.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving employee engagement and satisfaction through targeted initiatives and programs.
- Recruitment and succession planning: Oversee hiring and succession pipeline.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance evaluation systems that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Training & Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and compliance awareness.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures, manage benefits programs, and evaluate market trends to attract and retain talent.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, EEO, and other applicable requirements.
- HR Technology: Optimize the use of HR technology and data analytics to improve HR processes and decision-making.
- Executive Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights on organizational health, workforce trends, and change management.
- Conflict Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex employee relations issues and implement policies to mitigate risks.
- Team leadership: Manage internal and external H.R. resources
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current CHRL or CHRP designation
- 10 to 15+ years of progressive HR experience,with both start-up and large organizationexperience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
