We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Admin to join our Revenue Operations team to help develop and maintain the structure, processes, and operational model of our go to market motion. This individual will work cross-functionally to solve complex operational challenges, integrate tools across the GTM stack, and ensure data flows seamlessly between systems. This role will report to Proof’s Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations.
What you’ll do as a Senior Revenue Operations Admin at Proof:
- Tech Stack Management
- Manage the company’s instances of Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, 6Sense, and other GTM tools
- Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access controls
- Identify gaps, eliminate redundancies, and recommend/evaluate new tools to enhance go to market efficiency and revenue acquisition
- Process Design and Implementation
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable GTM processes across the entire go to market motion (marketing, sales, and customer success) with a concerted focus on automation and leveraging AI where applicable
- Partner with Sales Enablement to document and enforce new processes and workflows
- Data Stewardship
- Ensure clean, actionable data across the revenue funnel by architecting integrations that unify sales data with marketing, product, and customer success data
- Enforce data governance across all applicable revenue systems and ensuring new datapoints are integrated into existing dataflows and workstreams
- Reporting & Analytics
- Establish department specific KPIs/SLAs and their applicable reporting structure, design, and enforcement
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into revenue performance and help management make informed decisions
- Identify segment-level insights and wider go-to-market trends that guide and inform pipeline velocity, revenue retention, and forecasting cycles
- Manage Go-To-Market Initiatives
- Help facilitate and enable sales and marketing to identify, assign, and action existing and net new accounts via first and third party intent sources
- Front Line Support
- Act as the front line support resource for all go to market teams for process and GTM tech inquiries and issues
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years related work experience at a SaaS company in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Systems Thinker:
- Highly proficient in Salesforce (Certified Administrator required, Advanced Certified Administrator preferred), Excel, and other analytical tools
- Experience with revenue infrastructure tooling (LeanData, DemandTools, RingLead)
- Proficient in Atlassian suite of tools, including JIRA and Confluence
- Proficient in BI Tools like Tableau, Azure Data Explorer, and Metabase
- Builder Mindset:
- Strong acumen to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and processes
- Ability to independently make decisions and deliver work quickly
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform strategic decisions
- Strong strategy, planning, and organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively across functional teams
- Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment

$100,000 - $170,000 a year
This is the expected total cash compensation range for this position. The salary offered within this range will be determined based on factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience and location. The total compensation package for this role includes base pay, commissions, the benefits listed above, and equity.
