ROLE
We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team, where you’ll play a critical role in leading and executing client implementations of Propel and Salesforce-based solutions. As a trusted advisor and technical SME, you will architect and deliver scalable solutions across PLM and QMS use cases—guiding customers through system design, configuration, data migration, and complex integrations with ERP, CAD, and middleware systems. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and project leadership. You’ll manage multiple implementation projects from end to end, ensure best practices are applied, and collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes. If you’re passionate about designing high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments—and have deep experience in Salesforce, PLM/QMS, and manufacturing or medical device domains—we’d love to connect.
In this role you can expect to:
- Manage multiple client implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a Technical SME for Salesforce, Propel, and integrations, guiding clients on complex workflows and best practices.
- Configure Salesforce and Propel applications, including data migrations using Excel and third-party tools.
- Design and deploy custom components and integrations for Propel, collaborating with third-party solution providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timesheets, and status updates in systems like Salesforce and PSA.
- Contribute to services development, team training, product feedback, and occasional sales support.
- Participate in internal initiatives, team events, and support onboarding of new employees and partners.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including custom development with Apex and workflows.
- 8+ years of technical experience with PLM/QMS systems and multiple end-to-end implementations in manufacturing.
- Strong project management background in software implementations, with experience managing timelines, teams, and executive communication.
- Proficient in data migration using scripting tools and Excel (including formulas and VLookups).
- Technical experience with databases, data modeling, and application design.
- Skilled in developing and delivering both live and self-paced training programs.
- Clear, professional communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and grammar skills.
$130,000 - $165,000 a year
