Role description
- The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for:
- The HR Operations Analyst focuses on analyzing and improving HR processes by collecting, managing, and interpreting HR data.
- They ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR operations, create and maintain HR documentation, and provide actionable insights to improve policies, compliance, and workforce planning.
Required Skills
- Hard/technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
- HRIS systems.
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced English proficiency
- Soft skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced data analysis and visualization expertise.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills
- HRIS Systems (Deel, Rippling)
Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Years of Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources focusing on analytics, data analysis, and documentation.
