The Training Operation Specialist designs, manages, and evaluates training programs to ensure all Proper team members have the tools, skills, and knowledge to thrive in their roles. They are the go-to person for maintaining the LMS, coordinating training logistics, and driving continuous improvement in learning initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver engaging, scalable training materials (e-learning, live sessions, guides).
    • Assign and track training via LMS, ensuring all employees complete assigned modules.
    • Maintain LMS content and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with IT.
    • Analyze training data to report on completion rates, knowledge retention, and impact.
    • Coordinate training logistics (virtual/in-person), scheduling, and communications.
    • Gather and integrate feedback from participants into ongoing content improvements.
    • Partner with managers to align training initiatives with business needs.

Required Hard skills

    • Instructional design and creation of training content (e-learning, guides, live sessions).
    • Learning Management System (LMS) administration (e.g., Lessonly, TalentLMS, Moodle).
    • Data tracking and reporting (Excel, Google Sheets).
    • Content evaluation and improvement based on feedback loops.
    • Coordination of training logistics (virtual & in-person).

Required Soft skills

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Analytical thinking for measuring training effectiveness.
    • Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Collaboration across departments and teams.
    • Ability to integrate participant feedback into continuous improvement.
    • Adaptability to evolving training needs and business priorities.
