Prosper seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Credit Card Product Line to drive success in reimagined card servicing, new product launches, and expansion tactics. This pivotal role involves strategizing, executing enhanced customer experiences, and leading cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Credit Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on consumer-facing innovation. Problems You Will Solve

    • Revamped Digital Card Experience: Lead efforts to transform and enhance Prosper's next-generation digital card servicing experience, prioritizing elevated customer satisfaction and self-service adoption. 
    • Product Launch Excellence: Take charge of planning, implementing, and launching new card products, aiming to surpass targeted adoption rates and revenue goals. 
    • Product Innovation: Present compelling ideas for significant features, enhancements, and new product concepts, positioning Prosper as a market leader in guiding customers on their financial wellness journey. 
    • Conduct Market Research: Partner with UX team and conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation within the credit card space. 
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate a customer-first mindset, obsessively focusing on achieving and maintaining Net Promoter Score (NPS) and APP rating targets for the Credit Card funnel and servicing experiences.  
    • Drive Roadmap, and Execution: Spearhead the roadmap, and execution for Prosper's reimagined card servicing experience, prioritizing a seamless customer journey. 
    • Collaborate with Engineering: Collaborate closely with Engineering to prioritize, groom and plan features, define requirements, and ensure timely product releases. 
    • Monitor Performance Metrics: Partner with Product Analytics team to define and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
    • Efficient Time-to-Market: Contribute to the optimization of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) processes, reducing time-to-market for new credit card products and strategic projects.  

About You

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields. MBA is a plus. 
    • Experience: 8+ years of outcome-driven Product Management or relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Fintech company preferably experience with Credit Card products. Track record of defining and launching outstanding consumer-facing products. 
    • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, using insights to drive decision-making and achieve desired outcomes.  
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, including leadership and executive teams. 
    • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire your squads and fostering a culture of accountability and achievement. Assumes a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills focused on achieving measurable outcomes. 
    • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs. 
    • Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to innovate and generate ideas to drive product advancement. 
    • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, focused on delivery and action oriented.

$165,000 - $227,000 a year
Compensation details: The salary for this position is $165,000 - $227,000 annually, plus bonus and generous benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
