The Role
We are seeking an experienced Workplace Services Coordinator to support Prosper’s dynamic work environment. This individual will provide support to many facilities services including space planning, vendor services, food services, event planning and security coordination. The ideal candidate would be an ambitious self-starter with exceptional communication and time management skills.

This role requires you to commute into our Phoenix, Arizona office (near Sky Harbor Airport) from Monday - Friday, during 6am/7am - 3pm. 

Problems You Will Solve

    • Initial point-of-contact for all facilities requests
    • Coordinate all facility related issues (security, equipment, maintenance utilities, janitorial, HVAC & bike parking)
    • In coordination with the Sr. Manger of Facilities, optimize the real estate strategy and use of space.  Assure the program is aligned with corporate financial and human resource strategies
    • Assist in management of process improvement & development of facilities service delivery
    • Manage the relationship and work of vendors
    • Assist in management of the facilities budget and purchase requests.  Create and implement savings initiatives
    • Manage security program and systems, including program administration.
    • Manage all company events for office including support planning efforts, execution and onsite leadership
    • Coordinate internal moves, adds and changes
    • Monitor the overall appearance, safety and security of the facilities by conducting regular inspections
    • Provide project management support on various projects

About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2 years working in facilities or property management services
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
    • Skills in implementing, interpreting and explaining policies and procedures
    • Ability to supervise, organize and review the work of facility repair contractors
    • Skills in facilities budget preparation
    • Individuals should be able to demonstrate leadership skills, customer service skills, and ability to work effectively with staff and employees
    • Individuals must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a team player
    • Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of facilities

$19 - $25 an hour
Compensation details: The salary for this position is $19 - 25/hr, plus bonus and generous benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
