The position is responsible for the application of cash received into the business Admin system for all lines of business
Responsibilities:
•Review and apply new business funds to the dealers’ accounts for all lines of business
•Upload ACH payments daily
•Research checks with no business or needing additional backup
•Prepare check requests for returned premium incorrectly sent to Protective
•Provide phone support for incoming calls from external dealers/customers as well as internal customers
•Respond timely to the team’s email queue
•Review Debit/Credit report to ensure business is processed for cash received
•Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Experience/Education/Training: Skills essential for this position
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Minimum one to two years customer service experience
•Proficiency with AS400 Administration systems; Microsoft Office Suite programs
•Strong interpersonal communication skills
Abilities:
•Must demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork
•Must be a team player who is willing to work with others
•Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Contact with others:
Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers on a professional level.
$41,000 - $47,667 a year
Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $41,000 to $47,667. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.
