This is an opportunity for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic, persuasive and highly energetic sales contributor. The primary function of this role is to lead development and growth in Protegrity in New York with the opportunity to be key to Protegrity’ s success in one of the most exciting dynamic technology spaces seen for many many years. Prior experience in establishing and growing a new territories is a must. Genuinely looking for someone that thinks “how, not if”. The role will report to the Vice President of Sales and will be supported by the US team of technical sales consultants, business development representatives, marketing, and alliances.


    • You’ll cover New York. Ideally, you have previous experience and relationships that you can leverage in New York.
    • You have proven experience Identifying and cultivating sales business value propositions from Proof of Concept, Commit and Close.
    • You are comfortable working from the C Suite down including multiple stakeholders. You know who has the budget, who will sign your contract and enjoy a sit down with the CFO.
    • You have an exceptional ability to build & nurture relationships that deliver sales results.
    • The depth of your relationships include informed knowledge from key stakeholders at every stage of the sales process.
    • You have sold six-figure deals with multiple stakeholders and ARR.
    • You are passionate about real world security issues.


    • 10 years selling Enterprise (SaaS) platform solutions
    • You possess a high energy, outgoing personality, with a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude via the phone and in person.
    • You have a HUNTER mentality
    • Working high level knowledge of large organization’s IT architecture and concepts.
    • Need to be conversational on high level architecture concepts, cloud/multi-cloud strategies and the value of cloud and understand what drives data protection use cases.
    • Privacy laws, Data Monetization, Data Sharing, Compliance
    • Some knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
    • On prem Enterprise technologies such as databases, Hadoop, mainframes, etc. 
    • Working understanding of why companies are moving to cloud 
    • Business Intelligence/Analytics concepts
    • Data movement concepts such as ELT, ETL, etc
    • Data warehousing concepts vs transactional databases
    • Demonstrable presentation skills
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to travel in (up to 40%)

Working Model:

    • This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
$155,000 - $182,500 a year
For residents of CA, WA, NY, and CO, the pay range for this position is $310,000.00-$365,000.00 This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position plus any variable earnings, if applicable to the position. The individual compensation may be dependent on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and performance.
Should you accept this position, you must consent to and pass a Background Investigation, which includes (subject to country law), extended education, and additional criminal and civil checks.
