Protegrity is seeking a passionate and talentedDirector of Demand Generation to join our Marketing team. This position is a remote role.  Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation and Digital, you will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring integrated campaigns to drive results for the company.  In this critical role, you will work in collaboration with product marketing, marketing operations, and sales to launch high impact, differentiated programs while delivering opportunities for our sales teams, and ultimately ROI for the company. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing campaigns across all stages of the customer journey including account-based marketing (ABM) programs and digital marketing. 

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. 
    • Work in collaboration with product marketing to define target audiences, buyer personas and segments, and develop personalized messaging and content tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey. 
    • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, paid advertising, social media, webinars, events and to and through our partners. 
    • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, content marketing and the sales and marketing operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness. 
    • Drive continuous optimization of marketing automation systems, lead scoring models and lead nurturing programs to increase engagement and conversion rates. 
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders. 
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI tools, marketing automation, and digital marketing. 

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience preferably in cybersecurity or IT. 
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies across multiple channels. 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI. 
    • Proficiency with marketing automation and ABX platforms, including Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. 
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation to drive results

Working Model

    • This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
$132,000 - $180,000 a year
For residents of CA, WA, NY, and CO, the pay range for this position is $132,000-$180,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position plus any variable earnings, if applicable to the position. The individual compensation may be dependent on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and performance. 
Should you accept this position, you must consent to and pass a Background Investigation, which includes (subject to country law), extended education, and additional criminal and civil checks.
