As the Senior Delivery Manager, you will act in a prospect and customer-centric role managing parallel delivery and field engineering initiatives to success. We are looking for exceptional talent, ready to make an impact. This position focuses on setting accurate expectations and ensuring successful outcomes for our customers and internal Customer Solution teams. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and R&D teams to enable positive prospect and customer technical delivery and valuable results of our products.  

You must be a goal oriented, proactive self-starter focused on operational excellence across multiple DevOps teams.  You must be able to facilitate the prioritization, planning, and delivery of Protegrity’s software to our customers and internal resources. 
 
 The ideal candidate should demonstrate that they possess enthusiasm, vision, technical leadership and teaming skills required to be successful supervising multiple DevOps teams in a semi-unstructured environment within a matrixed growth organization. 

Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate delivery for cross-functional DevOps teams focused on delivering new installation, new integrations, expanding integrations, or upgrading products 
    • Plan delivery for internal and external stakeholders [timeline, dependencies, budget/spend, scope, agile delivery] 
    • Organize cross-functional teams in a Scrum Master capability 
    • Understand Enterprise Software Development Lifecycle [SDLC] requirements and optimize for efficiency 
    • Create and support development of DevOps and SDLC processes for repeatability, visibility, collaboration, and transparency 
    • Collaborate and partner with customer and Protegrity team members to assist and/or develop a delivery plan for customer deployments, maintenance and execution of an Impact or Success Plan 
    • Leverage customers roadmaps for comprehensive to create a delivery plan based on stakeholder prioritization inputs  
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technology developments relevant to customer and programmatic space  
    • Ensure positive customer experiences by proactively managing and growing customer relationships, including identifying key stakeholders 

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education / experience required. 
    • 12+ years IT experience in a scrum based delivery role with a track record of managing high performing sprint teams/epics simultaneously 
    • Fluent with various project management tools, esp., Kanban related tools and their configuration to fit specific workflows – esp., Jira 
    • Proficient with Kanban workflows, formatting, and organization options to fit team/project needs 
    • Experience building high performing teams as the team forms, and standardizing scrum practices with teams that are unaccustomed or unfamiliar with scrum principles 
    • Excellent ability to lead conversations at a senior and executive management level and facilitate prioritization/communication across teams and disciplines 
    • Ability to quickly defuse tense situations and reconcile conflict in a way that doesn’t damage anyone’s credibility 
    • Excellent verbal and written, communication skills – able to communicate effectively with customers’ stakeholders, throughout the organization without direct supervision or monitoring 
    • Ability to build relationships quickly to identify opportunities and transform them into action  
    • Strong tactical, analytical and strategic thinking  
    • Ability to travel (10% to 30%)  
    • Energetic, motivated and self-driven to learn and master new technology 
    • Ability to work independently, managing multiple work streams while tracking details  
    • Enterprise experience or Solutions architect experience with customer facing skills is highly desirable

      Preferred Qualifications 
    • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or commercial software GTM scrum mastering 
    • Combination of Agile and/or Scrum master certification 
    • Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices and Data Protection, Privacy and Security 
    • Information Technology and System Knowledge

Working Model

    • This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
