As the Associate Enablement [Technical Writer and Content Builder], you will act in a prospect and customer-centric role and must demonstrate ability to clearly articulate visual and written information that can be leveraged across multiple teams [internal and external] for education and collaboration. We are looking for exceptional talent, ready to make an impact. This position focuses on socializing and standardizing the communication of both generalized and customer centric solutions along with their outcomes. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Customer Solutions, Professional Services, Sales, and R&D teams to document positive customer experiences and the valuable results of our products.

You must be goal oriented, proactive, and focused on having a strong understanding of how to communicate technical concepts and messaging to our internal and external stakeholders.  We will value your ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports the achievement of customers’ strategic goals.

The ideal candidate should also possess enthusiasm and teaming skills to be successful in a semi-unstructured environment within a matrixed growth organization.

Responsibilities:

    • Creation of operational, instructional, and procedural materials for internal and external stakeholders.  Enablement content will be derived from Customer Solutions teams
    • Development of field and customer-centric documentation processes, procedures, and standards to leverage across the organization 
    • Establish and maintain communication formats that arrive at a highly responsive engagement from all stakeholders 
    • Expand our library of templates, processes, and procedures that yield high collaboration and engagement with all stakeholders 
    • Ensure positive stakeholder experiences by proactively creating content and materials that address the most critical needs 

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education / experience required.
    • 4-8 years technical content building and/or technical writing experience and a minimum of 1 year of experience with a pro-active mindset, and ability of creating content for internal and external stakeholders
    • Proven expertise presenting abstract technical concepts Power Point, Word, and other diagramming tools such as Visio and/or Draw.io
    • Capable of independently managing and organizing several concurrent initiatives, setting and achieving expectations
    • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project teams and processes
    • Energetic, motivated and self-driven to create content for new and existing technology
    • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently though many media formats
    • Strong tactical, analytical and strategic thinking in creating documentation and content
    • Works effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management [internal and external]
    • Ability to manage collateral materials in support of multiple workstreams and track details to closure
    • Experience keeping large, de-centralized documentation and presentation libraries current and relevant

    • Ability to communicate effectively to information technology professionals
    • Creative, collaborative, and communicative about content and documentation creation

Working Model:

    • This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
