The Alliances Director – North America will lead partner activity with Technology (Cloud and ISV) and Professional Services Partners in North America. Specifically, AWS and Azure.  The individual will drive business with Protegrity partners, identify and recruit new partners, build the pipeline, and achieve revenue goals with Go-to-Market objectives. This individual is a master at engaging and driving results with the Partner’s sales, Pre-Sales, and Services teams.  This role will be measured on accelerating Protegrity’s sales through Partners and Channel.

Responsibilities:

    • Candidate build sales pipeline and drive net new business with partners and in region.
    • Local implementation, and interpretation, of the global partner strategy
    • Lead the local development and execution of Go-to-Market activities including Partner Enablement, Awareness, Demand Generation, and Pipeline Acceleration working cross-functionally with Protegrity Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, and Marketing teams.
    • Manage and report progress against target to both line and regional management
    • Ability to work with sales team members to close deals with partners.
    • Your communication skills need to be strong and you must have the ability to create the need and relationships to ensure success.

Qualifications:

    • 8+ years’ experience build Alliances in the North America region. High preference for AWS and Azure success given to candidates.
    • Consistent quota achievement.
    • Ability to travel in (up to 30%)
    • Demonstrable presentation skills
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with diverse personalities
    • Proven track record of driving additional consumption of past companies products and services
    • Solid understanding of subscription-based licensing sales

    • Understand the Partners’ business and align Protegrity’s solutions, sales plays, use cases and verticals to develop compelling Go-to-Market propositions
    • Demonstrated industry knowledge across various topics; AWS, Azure, Cloud, SaaS, Cloud Data Warehouses, Analytics, Big Data, AI/ML, Cyber, Data Security/Privacy

Working Model:

    • This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs. 
$230,000 - $272,697 a year
For residents of CA, WA, NY, and CO, the pay range for this position is $230,000.00-$272,697.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position plus any variable earnings, if applicable to the position. The individual compensation may be dependent on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and performance.
