Join our team as an Office Manager!
This is an onsite role based out of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
We are looking for an energetic Office Manager to oversee our daily office and warehouse operations, impact the company culture by organizing events, and assist our Finance team on accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will be organized, enthusiastic, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure the seamless running of our office and warehouse, as well as reaching out to customers to collect invoices.
What You'll Do
- Oversee general office & warehouse operations, including managing supplies, lunch/snacks, equipment and maintenance
- Make the office & warehouse look and feel great in all aspects to create an amazing vibe
- Get creative with organizing events such as our yearly company event and other fun things to keep the team motivated i.e. Pride week activities, Park days, Pizza night etc
- Organize and support trainings, meetings and events in the Office. Help with making hotel/restaurant reservations for visitors on request
- Responsible for the safety of the office & warehouse (coordination of the RI&E, BHV training and making sure that the rest of the BHV team has valid certification, that the fire equipment has been yearly checked, etc)
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications related to office management and finance
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and manage office calendar events
- Facilitate smooth communication by email and Slack for the AMS location and between departments to ensure open and clear communication
- Manage accounts receivable by reaching out to customer to confirm payment status
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile customer accounts and other invoice related questions

- Creative, solution-oriented professional with a proven ability to navigate through unexpected challenges that do not have a fixed solution
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Office 365
