As an Injection Moulding Setter, where you'll be responsible for setting up and processing orders efficiently. You’ll maintain quality and safety standards while continually improving work processes.

What you'll do:

    • Install and secure moulds in injection moulding presses.
    • Set up machine parameters and process parts to specifications.
    • Inspect sample parts for accuracy and troubleshoot process issues.
    • Record specifications and maintain setting sheets.
    • Ensure a clean and organized work area focused on safety and efficiency.
    • Adhere to company policies and perform additional tasks as needed.

What it takes:

    • Essential: Previous setting experience in plastics manufacturing (e.g. processing, set ups)
    • Advantageous: Licensed to operate material handling equipment, including overhead crane and FLT
    • Proficient in using hand and power tools safely.
    • Skilled with measuring instruments and basic arithmetic.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Punctuality, good attendance, and strong attention to detail required.
