SUMMARY:

The Recruiter is a strategic partner to ProTrials who leads candidates through the selection process. This is a full-cycle recruiting role responsible for sourcing and building a diverse pipeline of talent to fulfill ProTrials’ staffing needs. In addition, the Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a great experience for our candidates and sourcing passive candidates.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, intake, screening, assessments, interview process, feedback, ATS management, offers, and onboarding assistance for assigned requisitions
    • Be an ambassador for our culture and values to provide a positive candidate experience from start to finish so that each applicant feels respected and becomes a champion of our organization
    • Serve as point of contact for external recruiting agencies submitting candidates
    • Develop deep talent pools and ongoing candidate pipelines through proactively identifying passive candidates by utilizing a variety of sources (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, social media, contacts, employee referrals, etc.) and creative sourcing techniques stemming beyond the usual avenues
    • Regularly update stakeholders with status of recruitment activities, costs, and potential candidates
    • Provide proper data to facilitate reporting and analysis and to guide decision making
    • Assist talent acquisition team on ad hoc projects such as ATS management, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment marketing
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes, the tools we use, and our relationships with hiring partners
    • Keep current on industry trends applicable to clinical research, as well as to talent acquisition

OTHER QUALIFIFCATIONS:

    • Thorough knowledge of clinical research roles
    • Exceptional customer service skills, including cultivating and maintaining close working relationships with both internal and external customers
    • Proven excellence in professional skills including communication, organization, prioritization, presentation, discretion, and accuracy
    • Solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
    • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal oversight
    • Fully proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and virtual meeting software

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college required
    • 2+ years’ experience as a recruiter
    • Experience recruiting for clinical research positions and/or knowledge of the clinical industry required
