We are looking for a Python Full Stack Practice Leader with deep expertise in Machine Learning/Data Engineering, and Full Stack Development, to drive technical excellence, team growth, and successful project delivery.

Role Overview:
As a Practice Leader, you will lead teams specializing in ML/Data Engineering and Full Stack Development. Your technical knowledge will guide the team in designing, building, and deploying innovative AI-driven solutions, from data pipelines and ML models to intuitive, analytics-driven user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive growth by identifying emerging trends and fostering innovation.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, promote a collaborative culture, and manage performance through feedback and goal setting.
    • Practice Development: Evolve service offerings, collaborate with sales and marketing, and pursue business opportunities to expand the practice.
    • Project Delivery & Technical Excellence: Oversee the delivery of multiple projects—either directly or through the team—ensuring smooth execution and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.
    • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L, ensuring the Practice is within budget and resources are utilized effectively.
    • Staffing & Resource Management: Manage project staffing, collaborate with talent acquisition, and optimize resource utilization across projects.
    • Quality Assurance: Establish best practices, conduct project reviews, and drive continuous improvement in processes and capabilities.
    • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate across practices, contribute to strategic company initiatives, and foster a culture of internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development.
    • Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
    • Hands-on experience with React or similar frontend frameworks, particularly in building dashboards, analytics interfaces, and visualization components.
    • Deep expertise with AWS, focusing on scalable architectures, DevOps practices, monitoring, and deployment automation.
    • Proven experience in developing and managing ML pipelines, data workflows, and integrating LLM/GenAI solutions.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, preferably within consulting or service-oriented environments.
    • Ability to teach and mentor. The role assumes providing employees with their career path and helping them achieve goals.
    • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent diplomatic and conflict-resolution skills, combined with empathy, ethics, and emotional intelligence.
    • Calm and resilient demeanor, capable of managing dynamic teams and projects with diverse challenges.

    • Preferred Experience:
    • Prior experience in consulting environments rather than strictly product-based companies.

Success Roadmap for a Python Full stack Practice Leader:

    • Month 1 – Integrate & Assess: Conduct a smooth knowledge transition, meet the team, and evaluate current processes and KPIs.
    • Month 2 – Align & Connect: Refine KPIs with leadership, build relationships across the organization, and align application development practice with business goals.
    • Month 3 – Contribute & Lead: Take ownership of a live project and make impactful contributions.

We offer:

    • Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling.
    • Opportunity to contribute to high-stakes projects for mid-sized and large corporations.
    • Collaborative culture that values innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning.
    • Competitive compensation package and professional development support.
    • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and unlimited PTO.
    • Diverse professional network across industries and technology domains.
