Our first step was to make streamlined business financing (for example, a $750,000 loan for a dentist to buy her first practice) available to busy healthcare practitioners at their convenience -- instead of during the typical 9-to-5 banker’s hours. On the back end, our software makes our team more efficient at processing -- without the overhead of a brick-and-mortar presence -- saving doctors even more time and money. This efficiency drives faster funding and lower rates. Since making our first loan in 2016, we’ve become a top lender in the practice finance space. Going forward, we’re focused on expanding our service offerings to healthcare professionals with a commitment to simplicity, convenience, and efficiency.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our follower base and deploy engagement and retention strategies across multiple platforms for both B2C and B2B audiences. In this role, you will own organic and paid campaigns and should have a strong understanding of how to manage brand presence and convert a digital audience. The perfect candidate will have a love for all things social, be known for thinking outside the box and have a talent for writing thoughtful but concise content.

What you’ll do:

    • Manage Provide’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (potentially adding new platforms, as well)
    • Grow and engage our follower base across platforms
    • Work closely with internal teams to develop bite-sized, sharable content
    • Build strategic quarterly social calendars considering upcoming company announcements, new program launches and seasonal events
    • Own community management and engagement through comments and direct messages
    • Develop and deploy paid media campaigns when needed

What we’re looking for:

    • Five or more years of proven results in both building and executing organic and paid social strategies for B2C and B2B audiences
    • Extensive understanding of social media platforms and social analytics tools
    • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
    • Strong attention to detail and project management skills

Not required, but nice to have:

    • Experience in fintech, healthcare, and/or channel marketing
    • Proficiency in HubSpot
