YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Finance Operations Analyst to join our amazing Business Operations team. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone passionate about financial operations and eager to gain experience in our international environment. The successful candidate will support a range of activities across accounts payable, banking operations, cash report, and intercompany agreements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Accounts Payable and Vendor Relations: Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments, in Germany and our international subsidiaries. Ensure our good relationships with vendors by addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues promptly.
-Banking and Subsidiary Support: Assist the operations and finance teams in opening new bank accounts and supporting the setup of new subsidiaries, handling the associated administrative and financial documentation and processes.
-Cash Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations between bank statements and accounting records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
-Month-End Cash Reporting: Prepare cash reports for month-end closing, collaborating with our third party accounting to ensure all cash-related transactions are correctly captured and reported.
-Intercompany agreements: Support the maintenance of intercompany agreements, and assist in intercompany charges and cost allocations in accordance with internal policies and best accounting practices.
WHO YOU ARE
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
-1 to 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
-Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial systems (experience with expense management and procurement tools are a plus).
-Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a strong advantage
