YOUR IMPACT
As a Multiphysics Simulation Engineer, you will be advancing our integrated simulation platform that integrates diverse physical phenomena. Your ability to grasp multiple physics domains such as electromagnetism, structural mechanics and thermal propagation will help us deliver robust engineering simulations essential to design and assess the feasibility of our stellarator prototype.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Develop and run multiphysics simulations for various stellarator subsystems such as magnets, support structures, and plasma heating systems.
    • Integrate models in our stellarator simulation stack.
    • Evaluate engineering concepts across multiple domains, including electromagnetism, structural mechanics, and thermal propagation.
    • Generate parametric CAD models for stellarator components.
    • Identify simulation-driven risks and opportunities, recommending design adjustments and optimizations.

WHO YOU ARE

    • Motivated by solving complex, interdisciplinary engineering challenges.
    • Experienced with multiphysics simulations in advanced technology fields.
    • Experienced with software engineering and proficient in Python.
    • Hold a degree in engineering, physics, computational science, or a related technical field.
    • Eager to expand your expertise across various physics domains.
    • Comfortable with uncertainty, iterative processes, and innovation-driven environments.
