YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking an outstanding candidate to fill the position of Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong partnerships with private companies and public institutions active in the fusion value chain, actively supporting our public funding applications and the management of public grants.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive initiatives to create partnerships with leading research institutions and industry giants that will directly enable the design, construction and operation of fusion power plants.
- Manage significant public funding projects, navigating complex grant processes and cultivating influential relationships.
- Partner with our IP council to strategically grow and manage our intellectual property agreements and portfolio.
WHO YOU ARE

- It is important not to be afraid to experiment, take risks and learn from mistakes. We believe in continuous iterations and getting things done.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field, Economics, Business or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
- Solid experience in academia, consulting, government, business strategy or adjacent fields.
- Background in fusion, plasma physics domain or similar.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
- Fluency in English and fluency in German; French and/or Italian are a plus.
