We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure that technical documentation meets the highest standards of clarity and precision. The ideal candidate can write user-friendly and engaging content that meets the needs of targeted audiences, both internally and externally.

In This Role, You Will:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software products, APIs, user manuals, and technical specifications
    • Develop and maintain a detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests and design specifications
    • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand technical information
    • Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences and stakeholders
    • Participate in the review and editing process to improve the overall quality of documentation

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

    • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment
    • Strong knowledge of industry-standard documentation tools and technologies
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic high-performance environment
    • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
    • Willingness to participate in cross-functional design teams to develop expertise in other modules and systems
    • Strong organizational agility and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality documentation
$110,000 - $150,000 a year
Annual salary is only one component of overall compensation. Actual salaries are based on factors such as work experience and education and may vary from the specified range.
