pulseData works with value-based organizations and their care teams. The pulseData platform is used to identify high risk members, and coordinate their care needs.
Our mission is to deliver proactive, precise care to every chronic disease sufferer, eliminating preventable sickness.
We’re starting with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), a substantially under-diagnosed condition that affects 37 million people in the US. Value-based care teams use pulseData's software and prediction engines to find undiagnosed and unaware disease sufferers, drive precise interventions to eliminate bad events, and deliver better clinical outcomes at a lower cost.
Our clients are health care enterprises: kidney clinics and nephrology practices, large health systems, managed care and health insurance companies. Together we use data science to deliver more human care.

- Own the customer relationship: understand and communicate client needs, manage a successful implementation, integrate pulseData technology with client workflows, ensure and measure improved patient outcomes
- Expand client contracts with new use cases
- You will be working directly with client clinical teams, technology teams, and executives
We'll ask you to demonstrate:
- Ability and propensity to form lasting partnerships and relationships
- Fluency in both tech and health care: data engineering, statistics, clinical workflows and the business of value-based health care
- Experience in deploying or managing enterprise software, SaaS, or care operations services
- Strong writing skills
- Meticulous followup and outstanding communication
- Willingness to travel up to 35%, remote work possible
- University degree or demonstrable experience in software, technology, or health care
- 4+ years of work experience
